Project Administrator
Location: Washington
1 year fixed term contract
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 8am – 4.30pm
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established company on a fixed term contract.
The Job:
* Maintain and update project documentation.
* Organise and schedule project meetings.
* Maintain a well-organised filing system.
* Data Entry
* Answering phones
* Responding to customer requests via email
What you will bring to the team:
* Minimum 2 years Administration experience
* Experienced in MS Office
* Ability to use outlook Calendar to book appointments.
