To support managers in developing and using effective people management practices to improve service performance, productivity and morale and retain staff consistent with the overall strategic direction and objectives of the Trust and the wider organisation. To support the development and implementation of the Workforce Strategy and associated HR policies. To deputise for Divisional HR Managers in their absence.
