Print Marketing Manager £40,000 - £50,000Newmarket - Onsite 5 days a weekOverview:We are working with a growing business local to Newmarket, they are seeking an experienced and commercially-driven Marketing Manager to lead their direct-to-consumer print marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for executing brand marketing plans across various DTC channels, with a particular focus on print, direct mail, and off-the-page advertising. You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to drive customer retention, acquisition, and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute detailed marketing plans across DTC channels, both online and offline, to grow their customer database and improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
2. Manage and execute print campaigns, including Direct Mail, Off The Page Advertising, Insert Campaigns, and Retargeting Print Campaigns.
3. Oversee the budget for print marketing, negotiating with agencies to secure the best rates, and managing relationships with advertising partners.
4. Coordinate Direct Mail campaigns, working closely with the Procurement team to identify cost savings and ensure optimal supplier agreements.
5. Collaborate with Brand Managers and the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
