We are looking for a full-time Service Office Manager at our Head Office in Farnham. As Service Office Manager, your key objective is to ensure the overall running of the Service Direct Office and Team. You will be required to ensure it is operating effectively and efficiently, while managing the team, commercials (P&L) whilst maximising call logger, Livelink services and engineer lost time.
The role will require day-to-day team management of the office and Service Direct teams. The Service Office Manager will need to build excellent working relationships to manage both the in and out of area teams. You will be required to implement and maintain systems to ensure that service levels are best in class and manage commercials to actively increase the customer base and identify and deliver growth opportunities. The Service Office Manager will need to attend regular meetings with the Regional Customer Support Managers, Warranty Manager and Administration and Livelink Manager to keep Work In Progress to a minimum and resolve queries.
You will be expected to be involved in Marketing Campaigns to generate new business, conduct interviews when recruiting and cover emergency enquiries from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the office roles and responsibilities including the recruitment of new and existing roles.
* Managing profit and loss, maximising profitability and minimising lost time.
* Increase and win remedial work via estimates and quotes.
* Identify project opportunities to bring in new work.
Key Skills We Are Looking For:
* 5 years + previous experience of working with a team of Service Controllers/ Coordinators and Advisors.
* Full driving licence.
* Effective team player.
* Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure.
* The ability to provide high levels of customer care.
* Willingness to help both internal and external customers.
* Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude.
