The role is based on a 40 hr working weekMonday to Friday with salary c 28k plus loads of greatbenefits.

Requirements
Ideallyyou willhave
Previousexperience in a similarrole
Food& Hygiene Level Certificate Level 3 ( or at least a level2)
Provenexperience as aChef
Cookingand preparing meals for 150 pluschildren
Strongknowledge of kitchen operations food production and culinarytechniques
Excellentleadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam
Proficientin menu planning recipe development and costcontrol
Knowledgeof food safety regulations and bestpractices
Abilityto work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention todetail
Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to collaborate with staff atall levelseffectively
