Job Role: Outbound Sales Advisor
Salary: £26,130 starting salary plus commission (OTE av. £35k)
Location: Hybrid - 8 days in the office PER MONTH (your choice of days), the rest WFH
Job Type: Full-time – Mon to Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm – every third Saturday WFH 9am – 2pm (classed as overtime)
Ideally the candidate will live within 1 hour maximum commute to Northampton
Start date: APRIL 14th

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to sell policies to prospective customers who have generated quotes through various channels.
* Handle policy renewals for existing customers through outbound calls.
* Address customer queries and concerns during sales or renewals calls, ensuring a positive experience.
* Follow complete sales and renewals processes, ensuring accurate completion of payment details and compliance with FCA Regulations and GDPR.
* Maintain a positive working relationship with customers, working collaboratively to deliver the right outcomes.
* Ensure adherence to all compliance and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in telephone sales.
* High motivation and a passion for sales.
* Computer literacy with the ability to multi-task and use multiple systems simultaneously.
* Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to different customer needs.
* Ability to work flexibly, maintain attention to detail, and focus while working independently.
