Our busy client in the Dungannon area require a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join their team and support financial operations Hours: Approx. 16-20 hours per week (flexible) Salary:£13-15p/hr Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently. Managing accounts payable and receivable functions. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters. General administrative duties to support the existing finance team. About You: Previous experience in an accounts administration role. Proficiency in Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
