ROADSHOW COORDINATOR
A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the team as a Roadshow Coordinator for 12 months!
ROADSHOW COORDINATOR ROLE:
1. Managing the full execution process of Non-Deal Roadshows
2. Coordinating one-on-one and group meetings with investors
3. Ensuring all information included in the scheduling system is current
4. Keeping the company updated ahead of the roadshow and whilst on the road
5. Managing all last-minute and late changes and ensuring all parties are kept updated at all times
6. Ensuring calendar invites are correct in both investor and corporate calendars
7. Updating internal systems post-event with final attendees
8. Managing all roadshow logistics for in-person roadshows
9. Arranging flights, hotels, ground transfers, AV requirements, visas, and catering
10. Arranging and attending all group meetings and meetings at external venues
11. Preparing investor profiles
12. Reconciling expenses post-roadshow
ROADSHOW COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
1. Willing to work 5 days in the office
2. 3-4 years of non-deal roadshow execution experience within a large global investment bank
3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
4. Advanced MS Office Skills
