Job overview
Working as part of the e-Rostering team, the post holder will support the effective rostering implementation and ongoing use of the Trust rostering system. This will be across all areas of the Trust through the provision of training, coaching, and support to all staff.
The implementation and ongoing use of the system will result in significant change to culture, processes, and interpretation of policies. The post holder will be required to support staff through this cultural change and be sensitive to anxieties that will arise due to these changes.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the supervision and direction of the ERoster & Temporary Staffing Manager to ensure and enable the effective utilisation of the Health Roster system.
The post holder will be a confident and expert user of the Health Roster system and will prepare and deliver training and coaching to all levels of Trust staff.
The post holder will provide assistance and guidance in all aspects of the system ensuring that it is utilised to deliver fair, safe, and efficient rosters.
Be responsible for assisting staff to collect and analyse highly complex data including shift patterns and hours in order to develop, test, deploy, and support end user requirements.
The post holder will have a good understanding of NHS Terms & Conditions and how these correlate to effective rostering and temporary staffing practice and be confident in sharing their knowledge with colleagues at all levels.

* Pay Enhancements – 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years.
