We’re looking for a talented Videographer to join our team – someone with a passion for capturing dynamic visuals, telling compelling stories, and working in high-energy event environments. This role involves frequent travel across the UK and occasional international projects, so if you love variety and new challenges, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Filming & Production: Capture high-quality video content across a variety of projects, including branded content, live events, stage productions, and corporate films.
2. Event Coverage: Operate broadcast and cinema cameras for live productions, conferences, concerts, and corporate events.
3. Multi-Camera & Broadcast Setup: Work with broadcast-quality cameras, PTZs, and live streaming setups for high-profile stage events.
4. On-Location & Studio Shoots: Set up and operate lighting, audio, and camera equipment in different environments.
5. Post-Production Support: Work with editors to ensure footage meets the highest creative and technical standards.
6. Travel: Work on shoots across the UK with some international travel for global events and brand projects.
7. Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with the latest video production techniques, camera technology, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience as a Videographer (showreel/portfolio required).
2. Strong knowledge of broadcast cameras, multi-camera event setups, and stage coverage.
3. Experience working on corporate events, live broadcasts, concerts, or brand activations.
4. Proficiency in lighting setups and composition.
5. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments such as live events and stage productions.
6. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (editing skills are a plus!).
7. A flexible approach to work, willingness to travel, and the ability to adapt to different locations and projects.
8. Strong technical knowledge to adapt to various camera and broadcast systems.
9. Excellent teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
10. Organisational skills for kit prep (knowledge of an inventory system is a plus!).
11. Full UK Driving license.
Bonus Points
1. Experience with drone operation, motion graphics, or live streaming setups.
2. Knowledge of camera racking, vision mixing, or broadcast audio.
3. Previous experience working with large-scale event production teams.
