Job Title - Commercial Administrator Department Administration Reporting To Director Job Summary To effectively and efficiently fulfil all administrative requirements to the company. Scope of Role Departmental and General Administration Hours of Work 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday Friday (flexible) Salary£23,000 - £25,000 Key Responsibilities 1. Performance of reception duties including answering telephone enquiries, forwarding calls, taking messages and attending to visitors in a courteous manner. 2. Liaison with both suppliers and delivery companies to ensure efficient and costeffective delivery of goods. 3. Booking of all travel and accommodation arrangements for staff attending for trade shows etc. and for installation teams working away. 4. Assisting the Director and sub-contractors in the ordering of tools, equipment and general supplies for individual sites. 5. Assisting the Director in the administration of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems 6. Daily checking of tender websites, opening electronic quotation/job files and ensuring all information is kept up to date and filed as the job progresses. 7. Assistance with the completion of tenders as required, particularly in relation to suitability information and questionnaires. 8. Assisting the Design Manager with compiling subcontractor installation packs and post installation packs for clients. 9. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, enquirers and external agencies to maintain excellent relationships. 10. Participate in ongoing training offered to improve the services provided. 11. Provide administrative support to the purchasing of the company, including sending orders to suppliers, checking order acknowledgments for accuracy, adding purchase orders to Sage, GRN of orders on Sage when they are delivered, checking supplier invoices match with purchase orders and raising queries if required. 12.
