Role & Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Plan and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to the needs of all students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Contribute to the development and review of the Maths curriculum and resources. Foster a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning environment where all students feel motivated and supported. Work closely with colleagues to maintain and improve standards of teaching and learning. Key Skills & Qualifications: IDeally a fully qualified teacher with QTS, however we are able to consider over seas trained teachers or unqualified teachers with relevant experience. Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics. Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 (experience with Key Stage 5 is a plus). Passion for teaching and inspiring students to develop a love for mathematics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
