We are searching for a positive and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our friendly team in Farncombe! This is a part-time position (21 hours per week) at our shop located at GU7 3BA. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a wonderful cause!

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week, 3 days out of 7
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Salary: £13,333.32 per annum

What You will Be Doing:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be essential to the day-to-day success of our shop. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Processing sales and handling transactions efficiently
Maintaining attractive shop floor displays
Sorting and pricing donated stock with care and empathy
Encouraging stock donations and Gift Aid sign-ups
Working collaboratively with our valued team of volunteers
Supporting the Shop Manager in all aspects of shop operations

Who We are Looking For:
Retail experience in a busy store
A strong team player
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work some Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
Ability to lift and move donated items of various sizes and weights on a frequent basis
