The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating departmental rotas, ensuring efficient workforce planning and scheduling. You should have prior experience managing rotas and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Main duties of the job To work with the medical management team in managing non-career grade Doctors, Specialists Registrars, and middle grades / junior doctors, following the implementation of a full shift rota for all grades. To co-ordinate leave for all grades of medical staff, ensuring appropriate cover is provided.
