We're looking for individuals who can teach in any of the following areas:
1. Primary/secondary and post-16 Maths, English and Science.
2. Qualified and experienced ESOL tutors to work with students who require support with the English language, for example, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.
3. SEND Support - Tailored to pupil's current EHCP or specific learning needs.
4. Mentoring & Pastoral Support - Supporting academic engagement and overcoming barriers to learning.

Tutors can become important to a child or young person's life. After a while tutors can build a strong, trusting relationship with children and their families/carers and play a key role in providing support. Your key responsibilities will include:
10. Developing personalised lesson plans based on each student's learning style
11. Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and recording achievement levels using our internal reporting system
12. Delivering engaging sessions that cater to a variety of learning styles
13. Achieving measurable outcomes from each session to assess impact
14. Collaborating with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support
15. Adhering to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.
Desired experience includes:
16. Previous experience tutoring one-to-one or small groups of students needing additional educational or pastoral support
17. Experience working in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions
18. Familiarity with supporting students academically and pastorally with a focus on social, emotional and mental health support, or looked-after children.
