The International Program Manager – LifeTech (“IPM”) will be responsible for developing the strategy for local and regional programs in line with the BU business plan. They will be responsible for formulating business objectives on new business volume, program profitability and lease penetration rate.

Day to Day
10. Formulate partner program plan in active cooperation with Global Business Unit (“GBU”) Management Team and Director of Retail and Enablement to determine and establish required resources for program support in alignment with GBU Regional/Country sales management.
11. Demonstrate leadership and control in the execution of the program across the regions as well as develop value add products and services that enhance DLL Vendor Relationship
12. Actively support new program implementation in multiple countries, regions, and different industries within GBU Soft Assets. Manage the expansion of existing program
13. Act as the first point of contact for partners and ensure optimal alignment within GBU Program Management strategy and plan in order to optimize program volume, -P&L, -penetration and partner/vendor satisfaction. Organize regular Business Review Meetings with the vendor to ensure we are on track.
14. Develop and implement Program Strategy, based on requirements, expectations and policies within the broader DLL Program Management and Business Unit strategy and plan and in alignment with other GBU functions like Marketing, Finance, Legal, Regional/Local Sales and Risk
15. Plan, agree on, communicate sales targets per country, and deliver support on program sales activities
16. Monitor actual program performance on commercial KPIs regularly and take ownership of reviewing program projected Through the Cycle (“TTC”) performance via current portfolio optimization process in close alignment with GBU CFO and Director Program Management
17. Implement and realize partner/vendor program plan, liaise with all relevant functions and stakeholders, provide support, information, and training where necessary, within the framework of the signed program agreement
18. Understand partner/vendor program strategy, have a view on where DLL adds most value to our partners, but also have a good idea of possible pain points. Identifying and improving on pain points creates one more opportunity to constantly improve our value proposition to partners/vendors
19. Connect closely with partner/vendor organization, identify main stakeholders there to drive joint program strategies. Be aware of developing relationship across partner/vendor organization, within different levels of the sales function (regional or area account managers). Expand relationships within other functions at program/vendor responsible for their marketing, digital and sustainability strategy
20. Build, maintain and influence a network of internal and external stakeholders/partners and represent GBU and DLL to external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, dealers and partners), in line with business needs, policies and external developments
21. Analyze and comment the performance of the program’s Objectives & Key Results, provide regular insights regarding developments in the market to Director of Retail and Enablement and other relevant stakeholders, based on (internal) reporting guidelines and the business review mechanism of the program
22. Responsibilities will include either hierarchical and/or functional responsibilities for the local/regional program managers
