Join our vibrant and dedicated People Team, a lovely group spread across the EU, whose passion and commitment drive our success. We're looking for a dynamic People Business Partner to enhance the employee experience at our new warehouse operations near Madrid. In this role, you'll bring your HR expertise to the table, collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing best practices. Your efforts will be key in shaping our HR processes and fostering an engaging workplace culture alongside our amazing team.

In this position:
* Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with warehouse leadership teams to align HR strategies with operational objectives and ensure the effective deployment of HR initiatives.
* Leadership Development: Mentor and guide our warehouse leaders, providing resources and training to empower and motivate their teams.
* Talent Management: Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline onboarding and promote talent retention strategies.
* HR Operations: Coordinate with the People Ops Team to manage the HRIS system, maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
* Employee Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
* HR Strategy and Innovation: Drive the development of HR processes, innovating to boost employee engagement and operational efficiency.
* Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies, fostering a fair and compliant work environment.
About you:
* Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner, ideally within a logistics environment or tech start-up/scale-up.
* Dedicated and self-starter, ideally initial experience in setting up an HR department.
* Local law and regulatory expertise.
* Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for inspiring and mentoring.
* Meticulous attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and related HR technologies, ideally Workday.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, coupled with outstanding communication skills.
* A genuine passion for people and enhancing their work experience.
