The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organisation. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide first line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
4. Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
To be successful in this role you will be:
