Job summary Coventry and Warwickshire Bowel Cancer Screening Programme are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join their administration team. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate they work well in a team as well as on their own initiative. Experience of EPR would be an advantage although full training will be given to the right person. To provide a high quality, broad range of administrative and secretarial duties to enable the effective delivery of Bowel Cancer Screening; providing a confidential, efficient and responsive appointment booking service for patients in accordance with National, Trust and Departmental guidelines, policies and procedures. The post holder would be expected to work flexibly across administration functions across the organisation and region as required to support with demand for patient services. Main duties of the job Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Screening Team to ensure the smooth performance of their clinical duties; providing cross site admin support across all Coventry & Warwickshire Screening Centre sites. Act as first point of contact for patients and team members, using initiative to resolve enquiries in a professional manner, providing accurate information or redirecting calls as appropriate to ensure they are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
