Corin seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Services Account Associate / Customer services representative to manage the communication and day-to-day relationship with the customer in line with requirements.

This is a hybrid role based in Cirencester, UK, or Grenoble in France working 3 days a week onsite. You will require the correct full-time working rights to work in France or the UK
The Customer Services Account Executive works with Customer Services Associates and internal departments to manage and maintain the key inputs and customer requirements to deliver an ’outstanding customer experience’ to the market & their customers.
Our hip and knee implants incorporate state-of-the-art solutions manufactured in Cirencester in the UK. We also have robotic-assisted technologies. (Apollo and OPS) used in surgery to deliver the best patient outcomes
Are you fluent in Italian (Native or studied Italian to a degree or to A-Level) – With either customer service experience, or highly customer-focused?

The key responsibilities of the Customer Services Account Associate (Italian speaking) will include.
* Be the first point of contact for tour Italian customers
* Maintain a clean order of Italian book
* Order book management; reporting, reviewing, and fulfillment.
* Meet all timelines and deadlines.
* Delivering all customer communication expectations.
* Maximising stock utilization
* and the voice of the customer in Corin
* Communication relating to and driven by the order book.
* Demand review representation and responsibilities
* Customer master management & maintenance
* Own and manage the customer communication SOPs & matrix.
* Having weekly calls with key customer accounts
* Updating and maintenance of customer dates in SAGE
* Communication and management of delivery date changes
* Manage NPI and obsolescence processes with the customer
* Resolving any customer complaints as and when required
* Conduct Monthly/Weekly Commercial reviews
