Our client is a successful SME, B2B manufacturing business.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an aspiring Managing Director to lead the Group.
The candidate will develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and market expansion. They will be responsible for the P&L and pushing the business forward.
They will oversee the sales function and maintain key relationships with distributors, contractors and clients to drive sales and market share. Sales are driven off a competitive product offering.
They will oversee R&D to drive product innovation, efficiency improvements and compliance with regulatory standards including energy efficiency and sustainability.
They will also oversee production, supply chain and quality control to maintain efficiency and product reliability.
The role will require some knowledge and oversight of the finance function, as well as an interaction with 3rd party funders.
The business commands a strong financial position and is well a poised to be driven forward to the next stage with significant opportunity for growth and development. Therefore, the candidate will be capable to push boundaries to meet the board’s targets for growth and profit.
