Web Analyst & CRO Specialist
Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Web Analyst & CRO Specialist to join a leading UK automotive firm on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering website tracking, reporting, and optimization efforts, helping turn data into meaningful actions that drive business results.
Ability to communicate technical analytics principles, strategies, and results to leadership is key.
Location: Hampshire - Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home)
* Manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups — implement, QA, and maintain robust tracking across all digital touchpoints.
* Monitor user journeys and site performance — track interactions on key pages, identify drop-offs and opportunities.
* Build and maintain performance dashboards — use GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI to visualize KPIs and campaign results for teams.
* Conduct deep-dive analysis — translate raw data into actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
* Lead A/B and multivariate testing — design, execute, and report on tests to optimize UX and site functionality.
* Deliver a clear CRO strategy — identify conversion blockers, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements.
* Collaborate with digital, UX, IT, and marketing teams — ensure alignment on tracking and performance goals.
* Utilize tools like Content Square — gain behavioral insights and identify friction points in the user journey.
* Present findings to stakeholders — deliver clear, concise reports and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills & experience:
* Strong GA4 and GTM experience — setup, troubleshooting, custom events, advanced configurations.
* Experience with CRO tools — e.g., Yieldify or similar platforms.
* Good understanding of UX and conversion funnels — able to identify opportunities and suggest improvements; Content Square experience is desirable.
* Proficiency with dashboarding tools — such as Looker Studio or Power BI for performance tracking.
* Excellent communication skills — able to explain data and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Collaborative mindset — comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
