We are supporting a London based University to recruit a CRM Executive. The post holder will oversee the maintenance and development of the student recruitment CRM system, focussing on maximising lead generation and conversion while ensuring the platform aligns seamlessly with student recruitment and marketing processes.
Key responsibilities:
* CRM Management & Development: Configure and maintain the Student CRM system, embedding it into student recruitment processes and ensuring it evolves with the University's needs
* Email Marketing: Design, optimise, and manage automated email communications to engage prospective students, reflecting the University's visual identity and maximising recipient engagement
* Supporting Open Events: Oversee CRM integration for student recruitment events, ensuring smooth registration, communications, and data processing before and after events
* Data Management: Process and manage student lead data from recruitment events to ensure effective follow-up communications
* Reporting & Analytics: Provide stakeholders with metrics and insights on campaigns, events, and recruitment activities, while driving enhancements to reporting capabilities
* Platform Administration: Collaborate with vendors to optimise system value, address issues, and ensure data protection compliance
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience with one or more CRM systems for direct marketing or customer relationship management
* Solid understanding of CRM techniques and technologies
* Demonstrated experience in using personal data to execute direct marketing campaigns
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders
* Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly desirable but not mandatory
