Social Media Designer and Manager
Working for high-end LUXURY BRAND across textiles/fabrics and accessories for interiors.
£35,000- £40,00 per annum
Can you get to Windsor 5 days a week? (Free parking )
Office hours 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri (this is non negotiable )
We Need (short overview):
* Creating content and social media for a Premium Brand (Luxury Interiors a bonus)
* Experience in Photography, Videography, Photoshop & Video editing.
* (working with team on professional photo-shoots and creating behind the scenes footage, using an SLR camera for stills, video etc)
* Artwork & edit images (Photoshop/InDesign)
* An appreciation for Luxury brands and a love for interiors/textiles
* Proven track record of building brands through Social Media
* Plan & Schedule posts
* Write engaging, elegant captions and copy
* 3-4 years+ proven experience of working in a similar role

Overview of the role:
This is a new role, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
As the Creative Content and Social Media Exec, you will have a love of textiles and interiors and have strong creative skills.
You will have experience in photography, videography, photoshop and video editing.
You will also be passionate about social media and have a proven track record in using social to build brands.
You will also be results driven with experience of demonstrating ROI for campaigns through social media analytics and visual dashboards.

You will enjoy working as part of a small and friendly team.
This is a full-time permanent role. It will be office-based for 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Creative Content
• Collaborate with the team to develop a creative content plan for the brand.
• Lead and oversee inhouse photoshoots and video shoots
• Take your own images and video including behind the scenes videos of our professional photoshoots and brand events.
• Collaborate with others on the creation and implementation of large brand photoshoots and video shoots.
• Artwork and edit images and video ready for publication.
• Support other members of the marketing team on the creation of marketing collateral
• Support other team members in the organization and delivery of brand events.
Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Pinterest,, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Develop a social media strategy suitable for an international luxury textile brand and
set goals to increase brand awareness, increase engagement and conversion.
• Research and analyse social media trends and recommend new opportunities
• Create a plan to maximise potential of all channels to drive brand reach, engagement, and conversion and deliver plan, keeping the channels up-to-date and
relevant. Ensure plan is tailored to customer personas and social platforms.
• Create and deliver a plan for optimising social media shopping
• Plan and schedule posts for at least two months ahead in line with the marketing calendar, company events and launch activities.
• Produce, edit and upload beautiful and engaging native content for distribution across all the brand’s social media platforms. This will include using professional
images and video as well as your own content.
• Write engaging, elegant captions and copy for social media in line with brand TOV.
• Ensure all posts are optimised using relevant, researched #s.
• Ensure Linkinbio is always up to date on Instagram.
• Keep all brand’s social channel main pages are up-to-date for all product launches.
• Ensure daily community management is maintained and that comments and messages are replied to promptly in a way that is engaging and develops discussions on behalf of the company
• Developing a program of brand ambassadors to amplify our marketing campaigns
• Create social media ad campaigns that drive revenue
• Oversee the development of a podcast series and bring creative new ideas that will
resonate with interior designers and high net worth audiences.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
Other
• Be lead contact for our PR team, facilitating product loans and image requests.
• Contribute to marketing planning with ideas and suggestions
• Support other on-going activities as required i.e. website content management tasks,
PR support, email marketing

Skills and qualities
• Experience in luxury/interior design sector
• Fresh creative ideas, providing solutions and have a positive “can do” attitude
• You will have experience in photography, videography, photoshop and video editing.
• Demonstrable strong social media experience and skills
• Excellent creative social media copywriting skills
• Social media analytics and reporting
• Photoshop, Canva, and video editing skills
• Social media scheduling tools i.e. Later
• Experienced in Meta ads
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office software suit
• Website content management: Shopify, Storyblock and SAP experience helpful
• Kalvio or other email tools helpful
• Experience in podcast creation preferred
• Driving license and own car would be helpful
