Northpoint is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Therapist to join our School Services team within the Task Force - Alternative Provision at Trinity Academy Grammar.
In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver one-to-one short-term therapeutic interventions to secondary school-aged children, working closely with the Task Force Team, school staff, and other professionals to provide essential emotional and mental health support.
What you’ll do:
1. Provide tailored therapeutic interventions for referred children and young people.
2. Collaborate with school staff and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support.
3. Assess needs, manage a caseload, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
4. Offer advice and consultation to school teams and contribute to safeguarding processes.
