We are looking for insurance sales executives to join our client who boasts a large sales team handling insurance & financial services. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers, provide information about our services, and generate high-quality leads to drive our Sales & Retention objectives. This position requires strong sales skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations. Client Details The client we are working with are large insurance brokers who provide services to a national client base & have numerous offices across the UK, mainly centralised in the South & North of the UK. Description Key responsibilities consist of: Selling a diverse range of insurance products to both inbound and outbound customers. Provide accurate quotations, process mid-term adjustments, and manage new and renewed policies efficiently. Collect and input client information with precision while handling accounting procedures. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business as an Insurance sales executive. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Respond to inquiries from clients, insurers, and third parties promptly and professionally. Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and other industry requirements. Coordinate with insurers and third parties to effectively address client needs. Profile The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience in insurance or client sales-based positions prior. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Confidence in presenting insurance products to potential clients. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
