We recruit specifically across four specific markets. Cyber Security, Cloud Operations, Data Analytics and Digital. We understand that looking for the perfect digital job opportunity is a sizable challenge. Change Digital’s consultants have in-depth market and technology knowledge – meaning they’ll always be able to offer a deeper understanding of technical and personal career ambitions.
We are growing our team now and into 2025. To help us do this we are looking for talented recruitment consultants who are keen to continue their career within the lucrative and rapidly expanding Technology and Digital markets. We have an established brand, successful existing team, strong client base and good leadership and vision for growth. If you have the recruitment experience then we have the platform to help you switch markets quickly and successfully.

* Market leading commission structure with genuine year one earnings of circa £55k and year two - £60-£85k.
It would be nice if you have:
* Experience of technology recruitment and knowledge of some of the existing and emerging trends.
* Experience in building a recruitment desk in either contract/temp and perm or dual desk.
* A growth mindset. Be able to talk about how you have continues to learn and improve at things you have done in the past.
* Ability to work on your own remotely and as part of a team.
