Recruitment Consultant - Hardware and Electronics EU & UK
Salary - Up to £70k base + commission
Office location - Bedford (Work from home + visit office once per fortnight)
I am currently working alongside a recognised leader and innovator in embedded computing solutions. Due to their ongoing success, my client is looking to expand and grow by seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on selling their embedded systems into the Aerospace and Defence industry.
With a strong foundation in the Aerospace and Defence industry, my client is seeking someone with a background in selling system level products in defence applications.
Responsibilities:
* Managing current accounts in the Aerospace and Defence sector whilst developing new business.
* Developing and executing strategic plans to identify and secure new customers in target markets.
* Having a strong understanding of the market, competition, and company products.
* Working with and supporting the external sales team in identifying and winning new business.
* Continuing to grow the company in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
Requirements:
* Successful track record in a direct sales position in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
* Proven history of developing new business.
* Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise ideas to internal departments.
* Ability to provide solutions for embedded computing platforms.
