Description Sells Oracle's training services directly or via partners to a smaller number of large named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory. Deals can be more complex and part of wider sales. Sell Oracle education and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the Education sales offering. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of an Education value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key sales influencers. Act as a mentor for less experienced Sales Representatives. Job duties are varied and need independent judgment. At least 10 years field sales experience with focus on large accounts including Education or related sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. strong Oracle knowledge. Team player and have the capacity and ability to mentor others. Can penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel will be needed. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent. Primary interface between Oracle and Customer s in your assigned territory. Accountable for delivery of revenue targets. You will be able to: Identify key opportunities, s ell consultatively. Provide credible advice and guidance on the value of digital adoption SaaS solutions to Customer s in your assigned territory. Manage the opportunity planning, management and approval process. Provide Account Management support for strategic accounts Articulate relevance, value realisation and account strategy internally and with Customers. Develop and maintain high quality professional relationships with customers as well as Oracle SaaS sales team/s and leadership. Provide summary information on deals worked, success stories and lessons learned. Develop an understanding of the learning and adoption challenges facing organisations as they deploy and support Oracle SaaS applications Essential Skills and experience: Demonstrated history of strong sales consulting and collaboration skills with the ability to work complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling, high-quality presentations focused on the value OU SaaS solutions can add to Oracle Fusion propositions to key decision makers, influencers and stakeholders, both inside and outside of Oracle. Highly developed presentation and public speaking ability. Proven time management and prioritisation skills. Ability to display initiative, self-motivation and promote these qualities within the broader team. Able to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. Cognitive ability to listen, understand, and respond concisely to complex questions and validate that the response is understood. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, scoping and business justification. Demonstrated understanding of standard business processes and customer business in general. Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the IT industry, preferably familiar with learning technology and/or SaaS subscriptions. Ability to travel within UK in accordance with Oracle prevailing travel advice and as required in support of the successful closure of OU SaaS sales opportunities.
