About The Job
* As the Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to enhance product quality, streamline processes and reduce defects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and root cause analysis methodologies.
* You’ll support new product introduction (Control plans & FMEA’s), problem solving and CI activities.
* You’ll lead the development of a Quality culture where quality is built into production rather than being inspected after production.
* Maintain current ISO 9000 accreditation and work towards TS16949.
* Being an active member of the Management team, you’ll report on monthly KPI’s, initiatives and progress on agreed actions and Quality targets.
* Performance monitoring and training to staff members on compliance related topics
* Be involved with plenty of local and global project based work.
About You
* Commercial training or college degree in Quality Management
* Knowledge / Certification in 8D, Six Sigma, FMEA & PPAP.
* Lead Auditor Certification
* Automotive background advantageous including IATF audit experience.
* You’ll be someone who can develop and foster a collaborative team environment with excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to develop skills and experience amongst the team.
