The Role As our Facilities Coordinator, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our office and industrial units, manage conference and meeting room bookings, and maintain high standards in all areas of the facility. Key Responsibilities: Facility Management: Coordinate daily operations, oversee conference room bookings, perform regular inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure health and safety compliance Tenant and Client Relations: Act as main contact for tenants, oversee onboarding and lease renewals, and promptly address inquiries and service requests Meeting & Conference Room Management: Organise bookings, set up rooms for events, manage audio-visual and catering needs, and maintain supplies Administration & Reporting: Keep accurate records, track budgets, and report facility updates to management Health, Safety, and Compliance: Implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, organise drills, and maintain inspection records Sustainability Initiatives: Promote eco-friendly upgrades and conduct energy audits to improve efficiency and reduce costs Benefits: Private healthcare 27 days annual leave (including your birthday and a Christmas shopping day) 12 statutory holidays, and employer pension contributions Employer pension contribution The Ideal Candidate: You will be an organised and proactive facilities professional with experience in multi-tenant spaces.
