Job Description:
Based within their international Customer Care Team, you will oversee the provision of support to customer organisations and certified instructors. As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be responding to and resolving customer’s queries and issues and ensuring systems are in place to monitor compliance with company standards and those of certifying bodies.
Duties to include:
1. As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be supporting operational change within the team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
2. Resolving customer queries (telephone/email /online)
3. As the Customer Service Specialist you will be taking incoming and outgoing telephone calls
4. Respond to internal and external information requests/queries
5. As the Customer Service Specialist you will review and monitor recorded training on the website
6. Collation and review of customer feedback
7. As the Customer Service Specialist you will be the first line of response to customer complaints
8. Monitoring adherence to company and regulatory body standards
9. Maintenance of customer records (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
It would be good to see candidates with:
10. Previous experience working in a busy office supporting customer queries and complaints
11. Educated to A-Level
12. Strong administration and data entry skills
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel) and other IT software
14. Experience in the use of computerised CRM systems
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Detail-oriented and a diligent approach to the completion of tasks
17. Solution-focused
18. Excellent interpersonal skills
19. Experience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
20. Ability to work to deadlines and to be able to prioritise tasks and requirements
21. Excellent time management
22. Working knowledge of computerised CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
Hours Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with the odd day working 8:00 am – 4:00 pm due to business needs.
Salary: £ 25,000 Per Annum
