Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Maths Lecturer, your role will be key to delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences. You will:
Deliver and manage high-quality teaching and assessment in GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
Assist with curriculum development to enhance student learning and outcomes.
Support student recruitment, retention, and achievement, offering guidance and developmental support.
Use innovative teaching methods, both online and face-to-face, to engage and inspire students.
Contribute to the academic community through professional development, research, and scholarship.
