About the role?
This is a great opportunity to work within the Building Control team and to establish some valuable skills within this sector. The role of the Building Control Technician is to be the first point of contact with the customer and answer initial queries and signposting where necessary.

1. Validating Building Control applications
2. Registering site inspections
3. Processing land charges searches
4. Data Processing
5. Administration of Building Safety Levy
