We have an exciting opportunity for a corporate receptionist who is ready to move into a role with additional marketing and tenant event responsibilities.
You will deliver an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience to everyone who comes into the building, understanding the importance of leaving a lasting impression. You should be well presented with proven relevant experience and confident to take ownership of this busy and varied role.
Hours and Salary
Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Managing reception
1. Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
2. Manage reception tasks including couriers and post.
3. Monitor and order refreshments and consumables.
4. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area at all times.
Building management
1. Supporting the on-site Building Manager with building-related administration.
2. Managing contractors and ensuring any building issues are reported to the Building Manager.
3. Prepare weekly reports on site activity and assist with general administration.
4. Research, develop, and communicate (when applicable) a programme of initiatives to increase the enjoyment for all those who work at the building, e.g., pop-ups, events, competitions.
5. You will have a keen interest in local news and what’s happening in the area, keeping tenants informed with the creation of a monthly e-newsletter.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Strong marketing and Canva skills are essential.
2. A corporate, smart, and professional demeanour with a positive attitude.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations.
4. Tech-savvy with experience in data entry.
