As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art food processing and packaging lines. What You'll Do: Provide high-quality engineering support, ensuring continuous operation of plant and equipment. Respond rapidly to breakdowns, effectively diagnose faults, and implement first-time fixes. Actively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Adhere to strict safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for all. Your Expertise: Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, with experience maintaining a variety of equipment, including conveyors, packaging lines, metal detectors, and high-speed labeling machines. Problem-Solving: Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities. Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal departments and external contractors.
