Our client, an FMCG brand that is rapidly expanding across Europe, they are looking for an experienced Business Development/Key Account Executive to join their growing team. Working within a highly talented Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth across designated markets, building strategic relationships, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:
* Drive annual sales targets through effective distributor collaboration and market expansion.
* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and identify growth opportunities in retail and foodservice sectors.
* Plan and evaluate trade promotions, leveraging market insights for strategic planning.
* Monitor pricing trends and ensure adequate inventory to prevent supply disruptions.
* Deliver timely reports on market trends, sales performance, and project updates.
