The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Assistant Clinic Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Harley Street location in London.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
* Manage multiple software platforms and booking systems to optimize clinic operations
* Coordinate with practitioners on scheduling, client management, and treatment workflows
* Oversee daily clinic activities including customer service, administrative tasks, and financial planning
