Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, ensuring the brand stays ahead in the outdoor sports industry.
* Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
* Manage relationships with external partners, including PR agencies, designers, and event coordinators, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
