Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Pay Rates: £83 - £91 a day
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday
Reeson education are working with a excellent primary school in M40 who are looking to find an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term role to start as soon as possible, you will be working across KS1 and LWKS2 as a general teaching assistant and helping support pupils in groups.
Teaching Assistant responsibilities:
1. Work alongside the class teacher to deliver lessons and activities and promote inclusion for all pupils
2. Deliver group activities and interventions as directed by the class teacher
3. Communicate effectively, professionally and in a friendly manner with staff, pupils, and parents
4. Support the management of pupil behaviour and provide additional support for children as required
5. Monitor and track progress of pupils ensuring strong communication with the class teacher
The school are looking for a teaching assistant with relevant experience, who will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to children's learning to a happy and friendly school. As a teaching assistant you will need to be adaptable, enthusiastic, highly motivated, calm and patient, you should be able to work as part of a team, as well as use your own initiative.
Experience:
6. Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
7. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma are desirable.
Skills:
8. Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
