The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and possess expertise in food preparation and safety within a kitchen or restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences
- Ensure all meats are trimmed, sliced, and packaged correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Butcher in a food production environment
- Knowledge of different meat types and cuts
- Familiarity with food production processes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
Working hours
Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
