We are looking for experienced administrators for well-established clients within the local area offering excellent working environments and fantastic benefits!
The role of administrator will involve
Processing and checking documents, inputting information, maintaining, and updating the database, scanning and filing
Liaising with various departments with progressing of orders on the internal system and via email
Responsible for internal mail collections and deliveries several times daily
Reception cover - answering overflow calls during busy periods during busy periods and holiday cover as required
Ordering stationary and catering supplies
General administration including support for the operation teamsThe candidate for the role of administrator -
Must have previous office experience within a commercial business environment.
Good administration experience and highly organised with good attention to detail
Good use of MS Office including Word and Excel
An excellent communicator confident on the phone and dealing with people at all levels
