Mechanical Project Manager - North West FM Company
We design, build, and maintain environments that thrive. We’re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager with a keen focus on quality, detail, and communication to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
* Manage projects on-site, ranging from £1k to £2m.
* Own the delivery of all project activities, coordinating between subcontractors and internal teams.
* Work with the Contracts Manager to turn project plans into reality.
* Ensure smooth operations by resolving service clashes and providing technical support.
* Lead progress meetings, manage variations, and produce O&M and H&S documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and build construction teams.
* Oversee design changes and construction drawings.
* Monitor project progress and manage deadlines.
* Ensure high engineering and installation standards.
* Handle procurement, valuations, and snagging.
* Keep communication clear and consistent across all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years in a trade background, ready to take the next step.
* Strong communicator who can adapt to different teams.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about on-time delivery.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Desire to grow within the building services industry.
