We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Consultant to develop and establish a board focused on evaluating and improving the quality and effectiveness of our ASC Operational practices. The successful candidate will provide intelligence, ensure quality practice, and facilitate the views of those drawing on care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Board Development:
1. Establish a board to monitor and evaluate ASC Operational practices.
2. Provide intelligence and performance data regarding the effectiveness of meeting statutory duties.
2. Quality Assurance:
1. Ensure the quality of practice within ASC Operations.
2. Shape improvement priorities based on feedback from care recipients and their carers.
3. Thematic Reporting:
1. Develop thematic reports on various areas, including complaints and ombudsman cases.
2. Collaborate with relevant colleagues for comprehensive reporting.
4. Service Level Reporting:
1. Ensure accurate reporting on waiting lists and service levels.
5. Customer Journey Analysis:
1. Report on the effectiveness of customer journeys in ASC Operations (e.g., D2A, Transitions, Sensory).
2. Better understand user cohort needs and gather intelligence on hard-to-reach groups or those experiencing inequalities.
