We are recruiting to grow our supply team to be able to support the secondary schools within the area from January 2025. Whether you are a experienced teacher or a newly qualified teacher,, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum across various subjects (or a specialist subject).
* Provide continuity in education during staff absences, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with the school’s policies.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs.
* Support students’ learning and development, ensuring progress is maintained.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desired)
* Hold a degree
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to work in a variety of educational settings.
* A flexible and positive approach to teaching.
* A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
