Location: Cardiff, Hybrid

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and manage organizational change initiatives within our dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business transformation, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Change Management Leadership: Design, implement, and manage robust change management strategies for transformational projects across the organization.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with business objectives and secure buy-in for change initiatives.
* Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of change projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
* Communication Strategies: Develop and execute effective communication plans to support change initiatives and address potential resistance.
* Training and Development: Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs to upskill teams, ensuring they are prepared for new processes or systems.
* Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks related to change management processes.
* Performance Monitoring: Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs, feedback, and lessons learned.
Key Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and change management projects.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci), and tools.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and adapting to evolving business needs.
* Qualifications: A relevant degree or professional certification in change management, project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP), or equivalent experience.
