Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities for meeting room, boardroom, and training room integration projects. Consistently meet or exceed agreed monthly margin targets. Accurately forecast business opportunities, including revenue and gross profit, for both the current and upcoming three months. Use a solution-based sales approach to target corporate accounts and successfully close sales. Identify and capitalize on up-sell opportunities within assigned accounts. Prepare tender documents, quotations, and clear technical documents for clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to clients. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum three years of B2B sales experience within a technology-driven sector, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of the AV industry, with prior experience at a professional AV integrator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
