Description
As a Legal Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting clients with a range of enquiries in relation to the services the business offers. You will ensure each query is resolved promptly and the highest level of customer experience is provided.
The role will be mainly telephone-based, dealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls predominately from clients and third parties such as banks and other financial organisations.

Profile
1. Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds
2. Able to work in a demanding and busy environment
3. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
4. Able to work under pressure and towards set timescales
