French speaking Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Location: Sittingbourne – hybrid (2 days in the office)

Main duties:
1. To develop and manage business relationships with the designated export customer based, while conducting research and identifying marketing opportunities.
2. Exceed company’s sales and marketing targets by implementing agreed marketing plans, training, and monitoring results.
3. Gather, analyse and summarise market data, competition, product performance and trends.
4. Based on your nominated geographical areas, provide the BDM Team Leader with sales budgets and reports to monitor KPIs.
5. Hold regular staff meetings to discuss performance and strategies to improve the export business.
6. Attend exhibition visits and participate in frequent international travel to visit clients.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential.
2. Previous experience in business-to-business sales and business development.
3. Strong business acumen and understanding of different markets and customers.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Technical competence.
