One of our clients in the insurance space is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Power Platform to lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive their technology transformation agenda. Role Overview Location: North Yorkshire Flexibility: Hybrid working model (2 days per week onsite) Compensation: £100,000–£110,000 Start Date: ASAP Role Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multiple Value Streams and key technology projects. Manage third-party supplier relationships, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with goals. Build strong internal and external stakeholder partnerships. Plan and oversee software solution delivery across teams and projects. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and team ownership. Evaluate team performance, addressing improvement areas while adhering to architectural standards. Drive the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform in the company’s tech transformation. Essential Skills and Experience 5 years in senior technology leadership, preferably in regulated industries like insurance or financial services. Proven experience leading diverse teams and managing vendors. Expertise in delivering software solutions in regulated environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in agile and waterfall delivery methods. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets in multi-vendor environments. Strategic thinker with a record of delivering impactful, long-term solutions. Desirable Skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and low-code/no-code platforms. Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and cloud-based solutions. Ability to drive cultural and organizational change in a delivery-focused setting.
